“BMW M6 Competition Limited Edition
Supreme Performance, exclusive look
The BMW M6 Competition Limited Edition is being presented for the first time at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show.
The BMW M6 Competition Limited Edition combines the supreme dynamics of a high-performance sports car and the exclusive features of BMW Individual to form a truly fascinating symbiosis. Appropriate modifications of the suspension further enhance the profile of this unique Coupé designed from the start for maximum performance.
New set-up of the springs, dampers and anti-roll bars, together with the body lowered by 12 millimetres/0.47″ at the front and 10 millimetres/0.39″ at the rear, together with a new combination of wheels and tyres, optimise both lateral and longitudinal dynamics to a standard never seen before. The suspension control systems, the control unit masterminding the EDC Electronic Damper Control, wheel track and camber as well as the map controlling the variable M differential lock are all geared precisely to these special modifications of the suspension.

So I got my hands on some new pictures of the BMW M1. It’s been 30 years since this car revolutionized the BMW and started the “M” or Motorsport division in the every day lives of the driver. All I can say is that’s it’s on sexy car!

I am here in Boston on business and ever since I heard I am coming to Boston I wanted to get tickets to go to Fenway and watch the game. Just for the historic aspect of it and the fact that I probably won’t be back in Boston for a while and why not check out a game when I didn’t have to pay for any of the trip.
I was looking everywhere for tickets leading up to Tuesday but didn’t pull the trigger becuase the weather was getting bad and it had rained the past two days and didn’t feel like paying the going price for tickets and have it rained out and not be able to get my money back or attend the make up game since I leave today.

So as some of you read in my opening day post I managed to get some great shots to work on my HDR technique and slowly get more into photography. It’s one of those passions I have but don’t normally have the time to do so any chance I get I take full advantage of it. Here are some shots that I took that night. You will notice I have the original version followed by the HDR version that has been tone mapped.
Click on the pictures to get a nice larger resolution version of the pictures so you can see the details.

Even though the baseball season has already started there is nothing like a home opener. It has such a different feel to it, almost like the playoffs in so many ways. I really wanted to go to opening day as I have for the past 5 years but I wasn’t able to get tickets till my business partner called me and said he was given a couple of great seats by our Budweiser Rep. I jumped on the chance and I was off to opening day.

So while reading some information about new cars coming out I stumbled upon these pictures of the new Mercedes Benz F700 Concept car. Personally I’m more of a BMW guy so the styling of Mercedes doesn’t sit too high with me. When I look at this car it looks to be a cross between their R class and the Maybach. I completly love the interior and the way it it but that is where it ends for me. If i seriously saw one of these on the road I would do a double take but not in a good way. Seriously I will have to pass. Read the rest of this entry »

The big question on everyones mind is how did I propose. Let me preface this a little bit before we get into it. Keeping anything from Kimi is almost impossible. She should have been a detective with the way she can figure things out and read you (honestly can be a bit scary how right she is at times). Read the rest of this entry »

April 1st. We all know it as April Fools day, but as of April 1st 2008 it will be known as so much more to me. On this day I proposed to the girl of my dreams. This day really showed both of us how our relationship has come full circle. Read the rest of this entry »
